Painting Every Day

Committing to a regimen of daily painting was exciting.  We worked for approximately 5 hours each day.  It was quiet at times, tiring sometimes, very motivating all the time.

  Much was accomplished!   Thank you, artist Jennith Moncrief for working with me.  We will continue readying these new pieces for Utica Square Art Show on October 5, 2013 and Garden Deva Show Nov. 8 - 9, both in Tulsa, OK.

Successful Show

We had a chilly and overcast day for the Utica Square Art Show in Tulsa and it was fantastic!  Lots of visits and good interaction with customers.  Thank you to everyone who stopped by.

My heartfelt THANKS  to friends and fellow artists Jennith Moncrief and Pamela Winters for their early morning help in setting up the booth.  I couldn't have done it without you!

Blue Ribbon Day

On June 4, 2011, I was excited to bring home a first place ribbon in professional oil painting from the Route 66 Art Show and Sale sponsored by Sapulpa Arts.  This Oklahoma show brings attention to the history and beauty of our state.  The painting is titled "Parrot Tulip" and is 8" x 10".
