Summertime

These girls on the fishing dock in the sun are focused on their next catch, while I am focused on the way their hats and swimsuits caught the light and shadow.

Art Show Video - Utica Square - Tulsa, OK

Good friend and talented artist, Terry White created this video and did a wonderful job.  Enjoy!

Clouds Over the Cimarron

I am painting for the show at the State Capitol Governor's Gallery. Larger works for the tall ceilings. My work will hang from Feb. 8 - April 4, 2010. Please visit. Titled "Grasslands and Waterways" this is part of the Oklahoma landscape I have experienced as we travel across the state.  Sold!

Blue Plums

Small works are an exercise for many artists to work alla prima with fresh and immediate results. I did these blue plums in such a mood. They remind me of summers at my grandmother's.  Sold!

Holiday Opening Night

Our Holiday Miniature Invitational opened last night at Water Street Art Gallery. Had a wonderful Champagne and Chocolate reception.
